"Can't thank you enough for the miracle of a great rock song that captures the heart of our product. I never forgot what you said: 'The music isn't the product. I deliver Emotion, and music is just the medium.'  You are giving your customer the emotional art they need even when they themselves don't yet know quite what emotion they are delivering is. That clairvoyance is what they're paying you for as much as the custom musician skill. If they knew ahead of time the musical form of the emotion then they'd be your competitor. You know it and they don't. I didn't know and you gave me what I never could have known to ask for."
